Chen Xiaomin, currently the general manager of Shanghai SEOBN Packing Material Co., Ltd (affiliated to Pharma Technology Group of SHINVA ), has been engaged in research on infusion packaging materials projects for more than 20 years and has rich experience in infusion packing products.
In 1987, he graduated from Shanghai Medical College with a major in pharmaceutical chemistry and then went to Japan to study. He got a postgraduate degree and a doctor's degree from Yokohama National University within five and a half years. From 1997 to 2005, he worked as a researcher in Daio Paper Corporation and Kewpie Corporation in Japan, respectively. After returning to China, he established Shanghai Wubin Packing Products CO., Ltd in 2005 and Shanghai SEOBN Packing Material Co., Ltd in 2009, dedicated to research and development, production and service of infusion bag packing material application technology.
Selection and application of packaging materials for soft bag infusion
China has basically completed the development process of basic infusion from glass bottle packaging to plastic packaging. At present, all infusion manufacturers are actively developing special infusion in soft bag packaging, such as therapeutic infusion and parenteral nutrition infusion. With the support of corresponding packaging materials and auxiliary materials, foreign infusion products have diversified into soft bag infusion products. Many therapeutic infusions and parenteral nutrition infusions have their particularity in the selection of soft bag packaging materials. This presentation systematically introduces the selection and application examples of packaging materials for special therapeutic infusion and nutritional infusion. It is hoped that this presentation can give some enlightenment to relevant technical personnel, help to speed up the development and application of new soft bag infusion products, realize the variety of domestic soft bag infusion as soon as possible, and further improve the safety and convenience of infusion therapy.
