2008年至今 任华瑞技服部副经理，先后负责华瑞SVP扩建、微生物室改造、分包装生产线项目、行政大楼及新研发中心项目、软袋营养口服液项目。

发表过“发酵罐搅拌轴稳定器的设计和应用”、“发酵罐设计技术探讨”、“全膜法水处理工艺在制药行业中的应用”等论文。

18年以来致力研究制药用水的生产与输送。有纯水系统一级反渗透浓水节水装置实用及发明专利各一项;医药洁净厂房防渗漏洁净地漏、制药厂A/B级区废水转移装置实用专利各一项;用于食品、药品的无菌无氯冷却水的制备装置实用专利一项。
