金祖伟博士在全球生命科学领域有着18年的从业经验，曾在通用电气医疗集团生命科学部工作16年，并于2014年转至艾默生过程控制有限公司任职。

金博士曾作为通用电气医疗集团一名美籍外派人员在中国工作长达6年时间，最初担任生物生产作业方面的发酵科研人员，并在运营、工程、产品营销和业务拓展方面担任多项不同职位。金博士在生物生产工艺、cGMP药品生产设备、设备自动化、受监管行业的操作管理自动化以及cGMP合规运营管理方面均具备非常丰富的经验。

金博士曾在美国和中国参与生命科学行业多个工艺设计及工厂设计项目，谙熟全球生命科学行业的最佳实践及解决方案。金博士是一名化学工程师，于俄亥俄州立大学获得化学工程博士学位。

Dr. Jin has 18 years experiences in Global Life Sciences Industry. He was with GE Healthcare Life Sciences for 16 years and has now been with Emerson for two years. He also had 6 years’ experience working in China as an US expatriate for GE Healthcare. He started as a fermentation scientist in biological manufacturing operation and has taken many different roles in operation, engineering, product marketing, and business development. Dr. Jin’s technical expertise ranges from biological production processes, to cGMP hygienic equipment, to process automation in regulated industry, to cGMP compliant operation management. Has been involved in many process design and facility design projects in Life Sciences Industry in both US and China and is well versed with the best practices in the global life sciences industry. Dr. Jin is a chemical engineer by Education. He has a Ph.D. in ChE from Ohio State University.
