    MES 打造智慧工厂

　　一段时间以来, 智慧这个词在业界变得非常流行. 每个人都想智能起来, 但恰恰每个人又都有着不一样的预期。智慧工厂从不断创新的技术发展中引申出来，在德国, 我们称之为工业4.0; 在中国,我们称之为中国制造2025。两者其实都朝向同一目标, 就是以新的理念理解和构造新概念的工厂, 集成来自各方的信息并进行数字化的控制。

　　智慧工厂的定义分行业分个人理解有所区别, 既囊括自动化的传感器, 作动器, 射频识别等专门技术的应用，也包含工厂工艺的动态运营。本演讲针对有GMP严格合规要求的制药工业展开，重点介绍与生产高质量药品息息相关的工艺制定，生产控制，记录保存等制药生产方面的内容。展示如何利用MES打造智慧工厂，并快速获得收益，并有相关案例的介绍。

　　MES builds smart factory

　　For some time, the word "smart" has been very popular in theindustry. Everybody wants to become "smart", however, everybody has different expectation. Smart factory is derived from technologicaldevelopment based on continuous innovations. In Germany, we callit as Industry 4.0, while in China, we call it as Made in China 2025. Infact, both move towards the same goal: new philosophy is adoptedto understand and build new concept factory, integrate informationfrom various parties and exercise digital control.

　　The definition of smart factory varies with industry and personalunderstanding. It covers not only applications of special technologiesfor sensors, actuator and RFID in automation, but also dynamicoperation of factory process. This speech focuses on thepharmaceutical industry subject to GMP compliance requirementsand introduces process formulation, production control and recordretention in pharmaceutical manufacturing for making high quality

　　products. This speech also shows how to use MES to build smartfactory and quickly obtain benefits, and demonstrates relevant case.
