I have been in engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production quality management for 30 years. During this period, I had been in charge of equipment maintenance, production operation and quality assurance for 13 years in Xian Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd.; in charge of production and quality as a vice president for 5 years. I was taking part in the revising , execution and training work of version 2010 GMP from 2009 to 2013.
Meanwhile, I am exploring the GMP technology, focusing on the facility design, quality assurance technology, production technology transfer and process control, production environment control and monitor, GMP system construction and documents of pharmaceutical.

With the popular information and automation technology, many pharmaceutical manufacturing companies are facing new problems and technical challenges in the implementation of information and automation technology. This paper focuses on analysising the root causes of this problem, focusing on how to solve the pharmaceutical companies technology problems and countermeasures.
