Manager Sales & Business Consulting China

销售及商务咨询经理

Tasks 职责:

• Assume responsibility for sales throughout China: from lead generation to final contract negotiations

承担整个中国区的销售任务: 从初期到最终的合同谈判

• Identify and acquire potential customers识别并获取潜在客户

• Lead new sales acquisitions领导新的争取项目

• Present Werum and PAS-X to prospective customers向潜在客户介绍维隆和PAS-X产品

• Map target customer organizations and identify key contacts绘制目标客户架构,识别客户关键联系人

• Participate at trade shows and conferences参加相关展会和会议

• Map customer requirements to MES functionality and demonstrate technical solutions

将客户需求映射到MES功能上,并演示技术解决方案

• Travel to client locations throughout China for onsite visits and workshops (approx. 50%)

全中国的客户拜访和技术会议(出差时间约为50%)

Qualifications 资格:

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as persuasive presentation skills in English and Chinese are a MUST

出色的听力、口语和书面交流技巧,以及有说服力的中英文表达能力(必须)

• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality自我激励,精力充沛,性格热情

• Strong relationship-building skills良好的关系沟通能力

• Persistent in pursuing sales leads坚持不懈的销售精神

• Ability to quickly learn software functionality for demonstration & consulting purposes

为演示和咨询而能够快速的学习软件功能

Desired Experience 所需经验:

• Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge in technical sales in China至少5年技术销售方面的经验和知识

• Knowledge of key IT systems used in manufacturing environments preferred

优先考虑在制造行业中熟练掌握IT系统的人士

• A Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree is required; a Master of Science/Business Administration Degree is preferred

需要理科或工商管理学士学位;有理科或工商管理硕士学位者优先

• Familiarity with the GMP / Pharma environment and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes are a plus

熟悉GMP / 药业环境,了解制药过程者优先
