侯平女士本科毕业于西安理工大学，机械装备及技术专业;硕士毕业于天津大学，制药工程专业。

侯平女士拥有超过30年的制药工程及制药装备行业工作经验，并带领团队完成过若干满足行业主流标准的大型制药厂房及建筑设计施工方案的制定和实施项目。

侯平女士在制药行业的从业经历丰富，先后供职于多家知名企业，并担任实验室及厂房设计及施工项目负责人一职，先后在天津康希诺生物技术有限公司担任副总裁兼首席工程师;在JEC工程咨询公司担任项目总监;在阿斯利康(亚洲)公司担任高级经理;在诺华(中国)公司担任项目经理;在上海雅培制药有限公司担任工程项目经理;在西安杨森担任工程项目经理等。

She has more than 30 years of work experience in pharmaceutical engineering and pharmaceutical equipment industry.
