Tasks 职责:

Installation, commissioning, rebuilding as well as execution of regular maintenance and reparation of inspection machines

安装、调试、重建以及灯检设备的定期维护和修理

Assure an in-time and professional technical service for our Chinese customers

确保为中国客户提供及时、专业的技术服务

Educate customer personnel how to use the inspection machine at is max efficiency and consult in preventive maintenance

指导客户相关人员如何安全地使用灯检机和咨询预防性维护

Production support and training生产支持和培训

Support service sales for technical consulting支持技术咨询服务和销售

Reporting of the service interventions报告服务措施

Qualifications 资格:

Education in technical sector preferebly in the area of machatronic, vision/image processing, electrotechnology, or informatics

技术领域专业，如机械、图像应用、电子技术或信息学领域毕业优先考虑

Ideally degree as engineer with years of experience and knowledge in inspection tasks

具有多年的灯检设备工作的工程师优先考虑

Analytical skills, structured and self-consistend mode of working

Distinct customer and service orientation thinking独特的客户和服务导向思维

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, as well as persuasive presentation skills in English and Chinese are a MUST

Good knowledge about usual software tools such as Office, Windows

Familiarity with the GMP / Pharma environment and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes are a plus
