He served as the Factory Manager of JHL BIOTECH, INC., the Vice President of Shanghai Biomabs Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd and the Director of Production Project in China for Merial Group. Also, he served as the Technical Director of ScinoPharm, and has participated in the construction of a new pharmaceutical factory valued about USD 200 million, and obtained the GMP certification from FDA in the United States. He works as the Factory Manager of Glaxosmithkline GSK, and the Vice General Manager of Roche (Shanghai) as well as the Factory Manager of Boehringer Ingelheim, and has constructed a fresh new GMP manufacturing plant. He has been responsible for the construction and project management of the pharmaceutical factories repeatedly. And he has accumulated a wealth of experience from the construction practice of the pharmaceutical factories. Mr Li has an in-depth understanding of the quality norms, production operations, optimization of the supply chain systems, risks and safety management for the pharmaceutical industry.
