由德国弗戈工业媒体主办的“2015弗戈制药工程国际论坛”于6月4日在江苏泰州举行。论坛汇集PROCESS《流程工业》杂志全球(德文版、英文版、印度版)力量，采用主会场与分论坛相结合，力求营造重点突出、主题明确的专业学术氛围。以下是神威药业集团有限公司副总裁陈钟先生在2015弗戈制药工程国际论坛上关于“中药注射剂安全性评价及质量控制学术研讨”的发言。

关于陈钟先生：

自加入神威药业以来，一直从事现代中药研发、技术攻关、质量保障工作，任河北省中药注射剂工程技术研究中心主任，神威药业有限公司国家中医药二级实验室(中药制剂实验室)主任，石家庄市中药制剂工程技术研究中心主任，神威药业有限公司院士工作站负责人。中国中药协会循证药物经济学专业委员会副主任。

由其主导完成的“中药注射剂全面质量控制及在清开灵、舒血宁、参麦注射液中的应用”项目获河北省科技进步一等奖。

Having been engaged in modern Chinese medicine research and development, technological breakthroughs and quality assurance since joining Shineway Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd; serving as Director of Hebei Center for Engineering and Technological Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections, Director of National Level II Traditional Chinese Medicine Laboratory (Chinese Herba Preparation Laboratory) of Shineway Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Director of Shijiazhuang Center for Engineering and Technological Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections, Director of Academician Workstation in Shineway Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Vice-chairman of Evidence-based Pharmacoeconomics Committee under China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The Project entitled Total Quality Control of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections and Application in Qingkailing Compound, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract and Shenmai Injection completed under his leadership was awarded First Prize of Hebei Province for Scientific and Technological Progress.
