He has 22 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management. He started working at Pfizer for 9 years in 1995 and participated in the aseptic line project, subsequent sterile powder injection project and oral solid preparation project. After that, he worked in a number of pharmaceutical companies, engaged in pharmaceutical project management, and worked for 7 years in the internationally renowned EPCM company. He successfully led the construction and reconstruction of several pharmaceutical projects, and was well versed in the design, construction procurement and verification of pharmaceutical projects such as aseptic, oral and biological. In the Pharmaceutical project, there are still many forms of EPC, but the problem becomes more and more serious. Most of the purchases have adopted the lowest price bid, forcing the construction party to shift the profit point backwards. The lowest price for bidding and the high price settlement has become the bidding strategy of almost all construction parties. The profit of the construction party also derives four major tools: visa, change, claim and price adjustment. This will make the quality, cost and time of the pharmaceutical project uncontrollable. How to solve this problem? it requires a multi-pronged approach. This speech only proposes some solutions from the aspect of procurement management.
