邵天君

自动化、无尘化、无差错作业系统的倡导者

1986年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,工学学士;

1986年9月~2000年1月,就职于航天工业部二院206所 ,1997年聘为高级工程师。

1996年担任航天弘华机电公司药机研究所所长,主管压片机、胶囊充填机等制药装备的研发。

2000年创办北京长峰金鼎科技有限公司,任总工程师兼总经理。

2005 被聘为《机电信息》中国制药装备专辑理事

集多年制药装备研发的经验,主持了真空上料机、无尘投料器、无尘粉碎系统、自动密闭配料系统、高精度粉体分装机、高强磁除铁器、整粒机、袋包外清系统等的研发,同时为国内多家药厂项目提供项目咨询和工艺优化咨询。

2005年提出无尘化生产理念,先后为北京同仁堂、云南白药、九芝堂、千金药业、广州中一、厦门中药厂、东北制药总厂、以岭药业等众多项目提供了无尘生产系统的咨询、设计与实施服务。

所有项目均本着5H1L的理念,为用户降低生产成本提供了有利保障。

Shao Tianjun

In 1986 graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering;

From September 1986 to January 2000, worked for 206 institute of the Second Department of Aerospace Ministry, then appointed as senior engineer in 1997.

In 1996 appointed as the director of pharmaceutical equipment research institutet of Aerospace Honghua Electrical Company to research tablet presses,and capsule filling machines .

In 2000 established Beijing Goldenteam Technology Co., Ltd. as chief engineer and general manager.

In 2005 hired as a member of "China Association For Pharmaceutical Equipment " for Special issue of China Pharmaceutical Equipment of "Electronic Mechanical Information"

Shao Tianjun, he has years of experience in pharmaceutical equipment, researched and developed the Vacuum Conveying, Dust Free Bag-tipping Station, No-dust Milling system, automatic closed batching system , high-precision powder dispensing machines, high magnetic separator, granule-graded machine, cleaner for bag outside, as well as provided counsel for projects and process optimization for many domestic pharmaceutical companies .

In 2005 he put forward the concept of clean production, then provided counsel, designs and services of clean production system for "Beijing Tong Ren Tang", "Yunnan Baiyao", "Jiuzhitang","QIANJIN PHARMACEUTICAL","Guangzhou Pharmaceutica " ," Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine" , "NORTHEAST PHARMACEUTICAL","YILING PHARMACEUTICAL ".

For all projects ,take 5H1L concept to reduce the production cost for users.
