Frank Zheng：New drug delivery system
Dr. Frank Zheng, currently the senior manager of business development in Harro Hoefliger China representive office, was honored to have served in several reputable multinational companies including Novartis, 3M and HH(Harro Hoefliger). He has over 15 years industrial experience with increasing responsibilities in a wide range of professional areas including product development, R&D outsourcing, external manufacturing, products license in/out and strategic partnership, business development and negotiations. He received his bachelor, master and Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical science from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. He has published about a dozen of articles on peer-reviewed journals and was invited many times to give the speeches in professional conference or universities.
