Graduated in Environmental Engineering Major from Xi’an University of Architecture Technology in 1996, Master degree, and ever held the posts of Director of North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation and Minister of Environmental Protection Department of North China pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

He is engaged in environmental protection for a long time, and owns rich experience in clean production, three wastes treatment and resource utilization and construction of circular economy mode of pharmaceutical industry in pharmaceutical processes. He was chosen as the second level talent of "333 talents project" in Hebei province.

Over the years, he made major breakthrough and innovation in many provincial and ministry researches for environmental protection scientific research subjects with in-depth combination of production practice in pharmaceutical industry.
