Process Sensing Technologies, the global process-measurement platform and parent company , has announced the acquisition of three new companies to join the group. The combination of the three companies – Michell Instruments Ltd, Analytical Industries Inc. and Rotronic AG will create a leading platform of comprehensive sensing technologies with global reach.Process Sensing Technologies (PST) provides a comprehensive suite of instruments and analyzers for precision measurements in industrial process control, environmental monitoring and food/pharmaceutical processing.

Founded in 1965, Rotronic is headquartered in Switzerland and offers solutions for measuring and monitoring relative humidity, temperature, CO2, differential pressure, pressure, flow, dew point, and water activity. The company began the digital transformation already in the year 2000, investing in automated data transfer (machine-to-machine). With the development and launch of its RMS monitoring software, Rotronic further strengthened its position as a key supplier of measurement solutions.
