关于鞠爱春先生：

鞠爱春，现任天士力之骄药业有限公司总经理。曾就职于哈药集团中药二厂。自1995年起始终从事中药注射剂等药品的专业技术研究及管理工作，在产品研究、技术升级、提高生产和质量保障能力、设备选型、工厂建设、体系建设等方面具有较多实际工作经验，参与多项产业化项目投资和科研项目：主持完成了天士力之骄公司注射剂制剂车间和注射剂提取车间的建设项目，通过GMP现场审核，实现产业化投产;主持注射用益气复脉(冻干)产品获得生产批件项目;参与获国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项奖的“注射用丹参多酚酸(冻干)研究与开发项目”等。他带领团队始终秉承不断创新、勇于探索的精神，致力于把中药注射剂发展成为国内领先、高标准、安全有效的剂型及产业。

Mr. Ju Aichun is the General Manager of Tianjin Tasly Pride Pharmaceutical co., Ltd. He once worked in traditional Chinese medicine factoryⅡ of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd(HPGC).He has always been engaged inprofessional technology research and managementof traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injection since 1995.He has a lot of work experiencein product research, technology upgrade, improve production and capabilities of quality assurance, equipment type selection, plant construction and system construction, etc, participate in a number ofinvestmentof industrial and research project: Directingthe construction projectof Tianjin Tasly Pride Pharmaceutical co., Ltd injection preparation workshop and injection extract workshop ，through the on-site audit of GMP, realize industrialization production; Directingand getting the YiqiFumai Lyophilized Powder for Injection productionlicense; Participate in Salvianolic Acids for Injection (lyophilization) research and development projects, won the national "major new drug discovery"of science project and technology award. Being a team-leader，he has always been the continual innovation and exploration spirit with his team, committed to the development of TCM injections as a domestic leading, high standard, safe and effective dosage form and industry.
