系楚天科技股份有限公司创始人之一，现任董事兼执行总裁、高级工程师。在楚天科技以技术带头人的身份带领公司工程师研发产品，开发了高速安瓿水针联动线、西林瓶冻干联动线、智能无菌机器人灌装生产系统，其中前两项分别获得了国家新产品技术开发奖和省科学技术开发奖。近两年来，又带领工程师团队成功研发了智能机器人口服液、安瓿水针及西林瓶后包装生产线、塑料安瓿三合一自动化生产线，为中国制药工业未来实现中国制造2025规划无菌制剂生产设备整体解决方案奠定了基础，处于全国领先水平，并拥有专利几十项。在从事制药机械技术开发和研究近32年，对无菌制剂药品生产在洗、烘、灌、封、联动生产线设备在美国FDA欧盟CGMP及中国GMP法规实施中有一定研究和造诣。

2011年至2015年，曾被国家食品药品监督管理总局研修学院聘为客座教授，参与了国家食品药品监督管理局高级研修学院组织编写的《2010版GMP疑难问题解答》一书。

现兼任宁乡工商联常委、工商联常委副会长，中国药科大学工学院客座教授。

Fanyun Zeng,CEO and the senior engineerof Truking Technology Ltd

A co-founder of Truking Technology Ltd, Mr. Zeng, assumesthe current director，CEO and the senior engineer. As the leader in tech innovation, Mr. Zeng leaded engineers with technical guide and developed High Speed Ampoule Compact Filling Line, Vial Freeze-Dryer Compact Line and the Intelligent Aseptic Robot Filling System，which achieved National New Product & Technology Development Award and State Science Technology Development Award separately. Over the last couple of years, Mr. Zeng leaded the engineer team to developed the Intelligent RobotOral Liquid, Ampoules and Vials Packaging Line and the Automated BFS Production Line successfully and own dozens of patented technology, which is leading in Chinaand laid a good foundation for the pharmaceutical industry of China to realize the Sterile Products Production Solution of China manufacturing 2025planning.Mr. Zeng devoteshimself to pharmaceutical machinery technical development almost 32 years and has certain specific study in FDA, cGMP and GMP implement of washing, drying & Sterilizing, filling & sealing compact line of sterile product.

State Food and Drug Administration hired Mr. Zeng as guest professor from 2011 to 2015, and Mr. Zeng also participated in written of 《Frequently Asked Questions of 2010 cGMP》, which is organized by State Food and Drug Administration Institute of Executive Development of China.

Mr. Zeng is the member of standing committee and vice president of Ning Xiang Federation of Industry & Commerce and visiting professor of China Pharmaceutical University.
