菲特压片机械有限公司 周莉
2003年毕业于中国药科大学药剂学专业, 获授药剂学硕士学位。在制药企业任职四年，在理论基础上积累了大量的药学研发、工艺放大和生产的理论的实践经验。
2008年起，加入菲特(南京)压片机械有限公司并担任实验室经理。至2014年，已有六年多的压片领域的理论与丰富的实际应用经验。作为实验室负责人，带领实验团队协助百余家制药企业攻克压片领域技术难关，成功解决裂片、流动性差、粘冲、直接压片、产量提升、工艺改进等技术问题，与众多知名制药企业建立起了良好的技术合作关系。并在专业期刊上发表过多篇文章。
Graduated in pharmacy major in Chinese pharmaceutical university in 2003, get the pharmacy master degree, then had worked in pharmaceutical company for more than 4years and have rich experience of pharmaceutical R&D and scale up and producing field. Since 2008, I have worked in FETTE Nanjing company. have very rich experience of tableting theoretical, application and practical field for more than 6 years. Until now, as the head of FETTE China lab, leading with our term, have already help many customers overcome tableting technical problem, such as capping, bad flowability, sticking, direct compression, increasing output, process optimize ect. And establish the very good cooperate technical relationship with many famous pharmaceutical companys. And publish the article in professional journal.
