关于郭红星先生：

中国药科大学药物制剂学士, 上海医药工业研究院药物制剂硕士，上海财经大学财务管理硕士, PMP。

现任上海罗氏制药项目以及维护经理。

负责上海罗氏制药新建厂房、关键生产线以及设备引进项目,涵盖项目评估,询价,采购,项目管理,项目启动直至产品上市。

先后任职于赛诺菲-安万特(杭州), 拜耳技术工程,上海罗氏制药公司，医药行业经历涵盖：技术转移, 产品开发, 工艺放大, 生产,制药工程设计, 项目管理, 项目启动等领域。

Mr. Guo graduated with Bachelor degree in China Pharmaceutical University(CPU)and received the Master degree in Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry(SIPI), Master degree on Financial Management in Shanghai University of Finance & Economics (SHUFE).

Manager,Project& Maintenance, Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Mr. Guo is now responsible forintroducing new plant, new production lines and equipments with high priorities projects which includes the project evaluation, bidding, purchasing, project management ,StartUpand to realize the commercial launch finally.

Mr. GuoHongxing has the working experience in Sanofi-Aventis, Bayer Technology Services and Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Ltd ; Mr. GuoHongxing has professional pharmaceutical industry experience spanned technology transfer, process development, Scale up, production, pharm engineering design and project management.
