刘旭海，博士生导师、药学教授、主任药师。历任江中制药厂技术员、副厂长，江中药业副总经理、总经理、总工程师，现任江中集团总工程师兼上市公司江中药业副总经理。

主持设计建设的江中药谷双层式厂房，首创了立体双U 形厂房设计技术，设计独特，美观适用，是制药行业首次获得建设部银奖项目。2012年主持完成自动化程度高、无人操作、世界领先的液体制剂生产线，该生产线建成在液体制剂行业中起到标杆带头作用。

在制药技术方面，独创复方草珊瑚含片和健胃消食片制剂配方、薄膜包衣预混辅料和适合薄膜包衣的片形，突破了其易吸潮、口感差、包衣苦难等技术难题;研制适合中药生产的双出料高速压片机、大容量螺旋层流包衣机和包衣喷枪防堵预警系统，显著提高生产规模和产品质量，已在国内很多企业广泛应用。

Directed design and construction of double-deck workshop in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Valley, which initiatively incorporated three-dimensional double-U workshop design technique, unique design and presents elegant appearance, is applicable and the project which was granted Silver Award by Ministry of Construction in the pharmaceutical industry for the first time. In 2012, he took charge of completing the world’s leading, highly automatic liquid preparation production line under unmanned operation, which serves as benchmark in the liquid preparation industry.

With respect to pharmaceutical technology, he has originally created preparation formulation for compound Caoshanhu buccal tablet and stomachic digestant tablet, film coating premixed adjuvant and tablet suitable for film coating, and broke through technical difficulties in easy moisture absorption, poor taste and bitter coating etc, and developed double-discharging high-speed tablet press suitable for production of traditional Chinese medicines, large-capacity spiral laminar flow coating machine and coating spray gun anti-blocking early-warning system, which significantly improve production scale and product quality, and have been widely used in many domestic enterprises.
