1982: he graduated from Electromechanical Department of Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture and was assigned to work in Beijing Pharmaceutical Corporation (currently Beijing Pharmaceutical Group)
1999-2000: he engaged in advanced studies of pharmaceutical engineering in Tianjin University.
1983-1993: he was transferred to Equipment Capital Construction Section of Beijing Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory, mainly responsible for project, technological transformation and measures, overhaul and renewal and routine management etc.
1993-2002: he served as Manager of Beiguo Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd under Beijing Pharmaceutical Corporation (state-owned enterprise), mainly responsible for pharmaceutical engineering project consulting services, project management and implementation etc.
2002-2008: he served as technical director of Beijing Donghuan Jingjian Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd and engaged in equipment research and development, during which he was seconded to Qinghai for construction of pharmaceutical engineering project.
2008-Now: he serves in Beijing Pharmaceutical Profession Association and Beijing Huaxin Yiyao Engineering Consulting Service Co., Ltd under such Association and is the legal representative of Beijing Huaxin Yiyao Engineering Consulting Service Co., Ltd, taking charge of pharmaceutical engineering project consulting services and management.
In the past 30 years, he participated in or was in charge of more than 150 large, small pharmaceutical engineering projects, thus he has summed up a rich array of pharmaceutical engineering management theories and practical experience. He has also completed many innovative tasks in the field of pharmaceutical engineering technology; especially he has rich professional experience and solid theoretical foundation in purification engineering, process equipment and pipeline system engineering etc.

This presentation elaborates on how to well exercise pharmaceutical engineering project management and the contents and importance of engineering consulting in the light of status quo of pharmaceutical engineering project management and the current situation of development of pharmaceutical construction standard system greatly lagging behind rapid development of the industry and on the basis of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) from the perspective of engineering management, which also aims at jointly discussing and sharing experience with you. Discussion and analysis begins with the later stage of project design due to time schedule; this presentation dispenses with GMP documents and validation contents since such part has been discussed by many experts in terms of the whole process management of practical construction.
