Yao Jianjun

General Manager of Lonza Guangzhou Engineering & Consulting Co., Ltd

Before joining Lonza Company, Mr. Yao Jianjun served in Chinese Academy of Sciences, PetroChina Ethylene Project and Coating Project as chemical research and development personnel, project engineer, project manager and production manager for twelve years; he joined Lonza Company as Chief Engineer in June, 1998 and was seconded to Liyang Lonza Chemical Co., Ltd as Executive General Manager in 2002; he returned to Guangzhou for being responsible for managing Lonza’s all investment projects in China in 2003; meanwhile, he was also responsible for plant maintenance, operations of public facilities and plant continuous improvement in two plant areas of Lonza Group in Guangzhou; Lonza Group decided to establish Lonza Guangzhou Engineering & Consulting Co., Ltd in China in August, 2008 when Mr. Yao Jianjun was appointed as General Manager.
